If you are a small business with no HR facility, we will check your compliance with the law and best HR practice, to ensure you are protected against costly employment claims.
Using a simple email questionnaire and, if necessary, follow up interview at your convenience, we will produce a comprehensive report summarising your compliance and risk and making recommendations for any further action.
You are under no obligation to contract with us for any additional work, but if you do, we will discuss and agree a reasonable fixed price with you AND we will refund the cost of the original Healthcheck.
